Although grief can be very painful, most people find that with the support of their family and friends and their own resources, they gradually find ways to learn to live with their loss. 

However, grief can be acute or complicated. Consider seeking professional help if overtime you struggle to manage your day-to-day life. There is no “right” way or time to grieve. 

Many people find additional support and counselling helpful at this time. If you are concerned about yourself or someone you care for, contact a health professional and discuss your concerns.
