There will be other people and organisations that you need to notify following the death of your child. 

You may want to arrange a family member or friend to help you do this. 

The following list can be used as a guide:

• family doctor
• work colleagues
• health professionals and services (Bear Cottage staff can assist with this)
• Medicare/private health fund
• Centrelink
• school
• sports clubs or social and support groups 
• religious or social organisations
• agency or service where you may receive a reminder for appointments etc
• life insurance and superannuation 
• solicitor
